Season Review – Reflection for Improved Performance

At GPC we have devised a short online survey tool for athletes to review and reflect on their season’s results.

GPC Season Review

Identifying your strengths and weaknesses is important for an athlete for their own personal & performance development.

It also helps your coach work toward the next goal. Sometimes a self-defined strength or weakness might not align with your coach’s perceptions & this is a good place to start when constructing new goals for next season. This may mean a focused block of training early in the season to work on these weaknesses.

Feedback on the coaching you receive informs your coach as to how best to communicate and coach you to meet your needs.

It is important to be honest during this process for continued improvement in the coaching you receive and your own performance & development.
