Geelong 70.3 Preview

I’m based in the Ballarat region and I’m excited to be able to provide Triathlon and multisport coaching to those not only in the region, but also remotely to those who are after a personalized training program to help them achieve their goals. I've been racing triathlon for over a decade and have progressed from a middle-of-the-pack age grouper to now consistently placing in the top-10, resulting in the opportunity to represent Australia at the Ironman World Championships, 70.3 World championships and World Triathlon Championships. I’ve been involved in running all my life and grew up playing team sports. I transitioned to triathlon a little over a decade ago and have raced across all the distances from sprint through to ironman. It’s the longer events that I really love because of the mental and physical challenge they provide not only on race day, but in the many weeks leading up to an event. It’s the discipline, adherence (and trust )in the program that leads to a great deal of personal satisfaction when you cross the finish line of an event you have worked hard for.
