When pool are closed and the ocean is too far or too cold, this is the way to go to keep in touch with swim training and with the feel for the water. But it has benefits to it. After two weeks of doing dry land exercises in my two weeks quarantine back in November, I went back in the pool and I was flying. I gained heaps of strength and moving through the water felt easier.
