Is the Kona IM achievable for all?
I often get asked how to qualify for Kona, the dream of every Triathlete. IM Hawaii is where our sport was born, it was the first IM ever back in the late 70’s. Our sport and the race has grown hugely since and the race has become a must do for most Triathletes. The dream of finishing the race on the big island can be distant and not accessible for many people as the dream looks very much for the “elite” AG only but there are many ways to qualify. Don’t give up on the dream and check out on to get there. I went there with my squad in 2018 and this was one of my best triathlon memories. Train safe 🙂
