Yoga is a great complement to triathlon training. It will bring some flexibility and mobility back to a body that is stiff and has been punished with running especially. It also can put your mind at ease and relax you greatly. It is sort of meditation. I cannot recommend it enough as part of recovery and cross training. Train safe 🙂
