With a well-established triathlon community in Ballarat, GPC Squad excited to be offering both Face to Face & correspondence coaching services from sprint through to full Ironman distance events.

Coach Chris has lived in the Ballarat region for over 15 years and has joined GPC Squad as a coach in 2024. As an experienced age group triathlete, he has competed at both the Full distance and 70.3 world championships and will represent Australia at the 2024 World Triathlon Championships.

Having trained for multiple Ironman & 70.3 events both as a shift and 9-5 worker, he has a unique understanding of the careful balance required to achieve you best and still maintain an appropriate work-life balance.

At GPC Squad, our triathlon coaching is focused on athletes who want to maximize their time and performance by following a program tailored to their individual goals.

From about $6 a day, our programs are created by an experienced and qualified coach who is dedicated to achieving a balance between sport and work/ family commitments. Our coaches have done it all themselves and share over 50 years of triathlon experience!

We all know it can be hard to motivate yourself to get out of bed on a dark morning to complete a session. Having a program to follow and a coach to rely on is a great help and our coaching staff will be available to answer your questions 7 days a week from 6am until 8pm.

GPC Squad has a great presence at races Australia wide. Ballarat sessions are being developed and Coach Chris will provide you with those details.
