I went from being a runner that did a little riding to achieving my goal of representing Australia in the Olympic distance triathlon in my age group. Without the focus and support of my coach Stephane. This was all possible within 2 years of being coached by Stephane.
The training is fun and the group is amazing bunch of people with someone to challenge you to strive to become better.
