I absolutely love open water swimming and in fact, this is all I nearly do from October until April and it suits perfectly and does more than the job for me. I actually don’t like to swim in the pool anymore after a few months of 30kms per week when I was a pro and I was racing ITU World Cups. Especially ocean swims, they are meditative for me but not sure about the increase in libido 🙂
