Indoor bike training, it might be boring at times but it can show some real benefits. Lionel Sanders will confirm that most of his bike work outs are done indoor but also that you need to keep riding outdoor to preserve skills and a feeling of wind & road resistence.
The safety benefits are obvious and so is the facts that you don’t have to stop at lights and round abouts all the time. You can do some serious work outs on trainer road or swift using a smart trainer. A smart trainer will cost between $1000 and $4000.
