This is a rule I have used my entire life. I love this article and it is worth the read. Too much intensity can lead to burn outs, injuries, auto immune deseases, heart problems, depression, insomnia. For the people who do too much intensity, it can come for a place of ego, self confidence, insecurities or lack of believes in their coaches program. Please be carefull and remember that the main reason why we do this sport is for our health and for fun. Train safe 🙂
