Lacrosse Ball Foot Mobility

GPC Squad’s partnered podiatrists – ProFeet Podiatry recommend that most triathletes and runners increase their foot mobility to help attenuate shock when impacting the ground whilst running.

Before beginning a training program for long distance running or long distance triathlon, or if you’ve never had your running / footwear assessed, we recommend a consult with Profeet Podiatry. They will help to get you in the right shoes & right habits to assist your increase in running load.

The lacrosse ball mobility is like a foot massage. It releases the plantar fascia (under your foot) and assists the 26 small bones that make up your foot to move as they should as a joint.
