Triathlon Transition Set Up – GPC’s Mini Duathlon Session

Coach Stephane shares his best tips for setting up a triathlon transition. He goes through what to do on race day during a mini duathlon session for GPC athletes. This is a great way to practice skills under some perceived pressure and at race pace. Based at the criterium track in Geelong the group did 10 duathlons of 2.2km cycle + 400m run.
