Coach Stephane prefers energy chews rather than taking in gels on the bike & run. Maybe he should have used some before collapsing at the finish line at the 21km trail run at Run Forrest. He made up for it on Monday with a pancake brunch in Apollo Bay.

1 scoop Produrance
1 pack of jelly
(we used lime with Lemon Lime Produrance and raspberry with Berry Produrance)
2 tbs gelatine
1/2 cup boiling water

Mix Produrance, jelly and gelatine together in a microwave safe proof bowl. Add boiling water and mix well. Microwave for 30sec and stir. Pour into moulds (we recommend silicone ones that you can easily push the chews out of) and place in the fridge. Allow to set (minimum 1 hour). Turn out chews and enjoy! Store in an airtight container.
